His BA (1974) is from Harvard MA (1979) and PhD (1982) from University of Chicago in Social and Organizational Psychology. Barry M. Loneck Ph.D is Associate Professor School of Social Welfare University at Albany. He has a BA (1976) MS (1978) and PhD (1985) in Social Welfare from Case Western Reserve and a BS (2010) in Mathematics from University at Albany.
