The only thing he doesn't do is Christmas. He came back to his hometown to reconnect with family not deck the halls. But everyone in Magnolia Ridge is feeling the Christmas spirit especially the woman he never should have walked away from ten years ago. </p><p><br></p><p>Harper Webb doesn't do adventures. She's so focused on work even her patients at the retirement community have more active social lives than she does. To jump start her life she's brainstormed a list of activities to try before her next birthday. Her fumbling attempts would go a whole lot smoother if her long-ago ex-boyfriend didn't keep turning up to witness them.</p><p><br></p><p>When Sam offers to help Harper tackle her adventure list she reluctantly agrees on one condition-he has to let her show him the wonders of Christmas. Between outdoor adventures and holiday magic the attraction still smoldering between them rekindles into a bonfire that could burn Harper all over again. </p><p><br></p><p>Because as tempting as being with Sam might be he doesn't linger anywhere for long. But he's going to prove to Harper he's not just home for Christmas he's home to stay. </p>
