After decades of inaction the climate crisis is here and it's causing extreme increases in weather events sea level rise floods droughts wildfires and the increasing desertification of farmlands. As the effects of catastrophic climate change continue to emerge it's clear that many places will become uninhabitable and others will simply not be able to support their current population levels. This means that tens of millions of people will likely migrate to seek shelter and sustenance in other parts of the world.
