Stellar chemistry and apocalyptic stars

In the universe everything has a beginning middle and end with stars standing out because they are highly energetic celestial bodies with antagonistic functions during their evolution because while they can promote a planetary biosphere capable of sustaining life they can also be responsible for destroying planets during their life cycle. Earth is a planet that can be vulnerable to the evolution of stars for example the Wolf-Rayet 104 star located 8000 light years away which when it goes supernova can hit the Earth with highly ionising radiation; and the Sun the very star of our solar system which when it reaches the red giant phase the Earth will be hit by its destructive atmosphere.
