Stem cell research and its ethical and legal limits

The book represents the concluding work of my master''s degree studies and analyzed from an interdisciplinary viewpoint bio-law a new area of law which has come to impose limits on the scientific advances experienced by humanity in recent years so that human dignity and the rights of all living species on the planet are preserved both for present and future generations. In addition it has brought up for debate other topics such as abortion euthanasia assisted reproduction and personality rights involving such issues both from a legal perspective and from the point of view of doctrines resolutions and understandings in the health area.
