Stoic Studies

The Graeco-Roman philosophy called Stoicism has become a major subject of research during the past three decades. In this book a leading scholar in the field assembles a dozen of his papers on Stoicism focusing on three themes: ethics psychology and the Stoics'' interpretation of their intellectual tradition.
