Stone

Two standing stones have been paired for thousands of years. Their separation causes a major rift in the local rural community and brings together a group of characters as diverse as a journalist farmer archeologist sculptor and helicopter pilot who together unearth two mysteries of human sacrifice; one ancient and one modern. Weaving between light and dark the past and the present the story casts a net around the characters and reader to draw them into the seemingly inevitable but ultimately surprising conclusion.
