Storage assumptions and storage units in the semi-arid region

The book looks at storage and the types of storage units over time in the Brazilian semi-arid region. Over time the prospect is that there will be increasing development in storage due to the high level of technology in this area. Agriculture is growing but water scarcity has a negative influence on this aspect so observing the estimated quantity stored in product storage units in the semi-arid region and the type of storage units being used is interesting for storage management as well as the number of services provided. Analysing the future outlook and studying what has happened over time makes it possible to plan agricultural and product storage strategies for various purposes such as grain for animal feed.
