When these things fester long enough when mystical confluence seeps into them they become demons. These creatures are threats that most others even among the mystics can only contain. To truly destroy them one needs a sin-eater. Growing up straddling two cultures didn't prepare Nina for stepping into the thin veil between two worlds. With her only potential mentor dead and the need for someone to consume the demons that form from the regrets guilt and sins of others she'll have to learn on the job. At the same time she has to navigate the complex web of intrigues factions and personalities that hides in the magical underbelly of Rat City.</p><p> </p><p>She hopes and prays she survives the learning curve.</p>
