This book is for you and for me. All my feelings thoughts and longings fragmented and whole await you within these pages— an extension of my consciousness my very being. I have given material form to all my failings insecurities and fears within these pages in hopes of reaching out to you. You are not alone out there. I know it’s hard right now I know that there are moments when you feel like you are not enough when the world feels too big a place to inhabit and you feel like a small speck of insignificance.  They lied to you. There isn’t enough of ‘you’. I hope by the time you have finished reading this book you realize that you are made of the same stardust that constituted our entire universe in primordial times.
