You are held by what you hold in mind my mentor would say. And little did I know I was holding onto a lot. Sabotaging my own success and setting myself up for failure with unrealistic expectations and unrealistic timelines.As time passed I found repeating patterns in my Life curve The way I expressed and received love became fixated I had stopped flowing with the river of life till I met the ocean; till I chose to break out of the cycle welcome all the emotions accept all of those’ thoughts and let it all go.No longer held I am free from my past I am free from the worries of the future I live in this moment here & now!This book is a journey through all the stages of love that one might go through during a relationship. Theres always ups and downs but we try our best and thats what matters.
