Strategic Management Practices and Organization Performance of DTS

Strategic management is a key aspect of enhancing organization performance. However most organizations fail in their execution of strategic planning due to lack of knowledge coordination and poor strategy execution. From the examination of theoretical and empirical examination carried out in the study it is evident that execution of strategies enhances organization performance. Despite this a number of local institutions have failed to leverage on strategic institutionalization to foster their bottom line. The study exemplifies the available evidence by examining how financial institutions can link their strategic management practices to better organization performance.
