STRATEGIC ROLE OF PENSION SYSTEM

This monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the institutional improvement of entrepreneurship as a key mechanism for enhancing the living standards of the population. The research analyzes the theoretical economic and legal foundations of entrepreneurial activity evaluates the effectiveness of state programs aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and examines international best practices in fostering a sustainable business environment. Special attention is given to the institutional reforms carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan during 2017-2025 which are designed to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem ensure inclusive economic growth and promote employment opportunities.
