Strategy in Flood Crisis Management

The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize factors affecting the flood crisis and provide possible strategies using Delphi techniques and hierarchical data analysis (case study: crisis management in Ahvaz city). The research method of this research is practical in terms of purpose. Also in terms of nature this research is based on the method of data collection from the category of descriptive-exploratory research (using the Delphi approach). The statistical population in this research is made up of experts senior experts and managers of the crisis management headquarters of Ahvaz. The method of conducting this research is that in the first step the effective factors in the use of information technology in crisis management were identified and in the form of a questionnaire among the experts. It will be distributed. In the final step the selected criteria are compared using paired comparison tables (paired comparison questionnaire) and the data from these tables will be the basis of decision-making in order to prioritize the best criteria. EXPERT CHOICE and SPSS software were used to analyse research questions and questionnaires.
