It would be fair to say that the sinister poseur Sørensen is not the most popular new boss in Johns office. Despite his best efforts his staff take an instant and unanimous dislike to him and over time he gives them good reasons particularly in his pursuit of Johns wife Sue who is clearly not interested in Sørensen. When he goes so far as to arrange for her to be alone at home so that he can ‘drop in some of the staff contrive to trap him neatly in his own lies.As the secretive plots continue an unusual and macabre opportunity presents itself causing the death by ‘misadventure of Sørensen.But spectral retribution follows and John is haunted culminating in a near fatal accident.Supernatural happenings continue on both sides of the Atlantic only being brought to a halt by exorcisms and the use of a strange Scandinavian crystal blue amulet.
