Nano-biotechnology is a new field of modern science and applications of metal nanoparticles especially of silver; gold and platinum are emerging rapidly. The present study carried out to evaluate the successful method of in vitro propagation of pear (Pyrus Comumunis) cv. LE-Cont and callus production from leave. Then study nanoparticle preparation and apply this particle on growth of (Erwinia amylovora) by invitro disc diffusion test. In in vivo application we study effect of some nanoparticle materials against infected fire blight bacteria. Finally increase mass production of pineapple by in vitro culture technique and acclimatization protocol.
