Study and analysis of a Quality Function Deployment Matrix for an AC

Quality Function Deployment is a technique used to carry the “Voice of the Customers” (the customer requirements) through the design and production process. The “QFD Matrix” which is a planning document in the Quality Function Deployment Process provides a structure for relating the customers’ needs to the technical specifications and ensuring that the key specifications are identified and deployed throughout the subsequent production process. In this book the study and analysis of a QFD Matrix for an air conditioner has been done.
