Study of a solar dryer

In order to highlight the drying process three basic factors need to be taken into account: temperature humidity and drying air velocity. An experimental study of an indirect greenhouse solar dryer is carried out. Solar irradiation ambient temperature wind speed collector inlet and outlet temperatures absorber temperature drying chamber temperature and relative humidity are recorded and plotted. These results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones.
