Study of bacterial community in samples of substrate from Luchki biogas station

This study was carried out in the interests of AltEnergo LLC as data on the microbial community composition are of information importance for the process of biogas plant operation management. The study analyzed extensive scientific information concerning both promising approaches to optimization and improvement of biogas production technology and application of polymerase chain reaction method in real time for analysis of multicomponent microflora samples.
