STUDY OF CERTAIN PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

The present book as its title indicates presents a comprehensive theoretical investigation into the physical properties of selected alkaline earth metals transition metals their binary alloys and metallic glasses utilizing the framework of pseudopotential theory. This study systematically applies two distinct local pseudopotential models to analyze a wide range of structural thermodynamic and transport properties. The metals under consideration include alkaline earth elements such as Aluminum (Al) Calcium (Ca) Strontium (Sr) Barium (Ba) Tin (Sn) and Antimony (Sb) as well as transition metals like Chromium (Cr) Cobalt (Co) Nickel (Ni) and Copper (Cu) primarily in their liquid phase. Furthermore the research extends to the study of binary liquid alloys and solid solution alloys involving these ten selected metals. The work also encompasses investigations of metallic glasses providing valuable insights into the behavior and characteristics of disordered metallic systems.
