Sub Rosa

After a long period of staring at the rather abominably-painted walls of my room I sighed and decided to resume writing poetry something I had given up over 3 years ago. I might even have shrugged my shoulders; I don’t recall. It was not nearly as dramatic as the poems themselves. It was a slow start and I thought this might be it. Finito! But then the triggers kept presenting themselves. What came of it was this anthology of poems into which is subsumed a variety of musings and humane responses to impetuses both subliminal and obvious. Or at least that is what I was aiming for anyway.
