SUCTION SYSTEMS IN HOSPITAL & DERMATOLOGY IN OPD.

A Suction Equipment is a device for removing liquids or gases by suction especially an instrument that uses suction to remove substances such as mucus or serum from a body cavity. A suction Equipment has been used to help to remove secretions and mucus from airways. Recommended –ve pressures should not exceed 80 – 120 mmHg for pediatrics and 80 - 100 mmHg for neonates for adult 100  -150mmHg. Individual suction equipment or centralized vacuum is used with auxiliary equipments to patients in wards ICU CCU NICU etc. in Hospital.
