About The Book

Joan Ifland has contributed to Sugars and Flours: How They Make Us Crazy Sick and Fat and What to Do about It as an author.Ifland received her B.A. in economics and political science from Oberlin College Ohio. After a stint on the fiscal staff of the Wisconsin Legislature she earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She worked in corporate finance for five years for a Fortune 100 company. Today she is devoted to spreading the word about recovery from carbohydrate sensitivity. She lectures coaches and holds seminars.
