Suicides and Political Intervention

This study takes an approach to suicides in the political dimension seeking to understand how Maxixe''s socio-political institutions intervene in combating this phenomenon by analyzing the policies and strategies adopted to prevent it as a starting point to evaluate the degree of political intervention. The study contributes to promote a greater effective and efficient intervention of the municipality through proposals of policies strategies and concrete actions to reduce the phenomenon based on local reality.
