Therefore this work addresses the question of administrative jurisdictions by answering the following questions: how are they organized and what are their operations as well as their skills.Note that studying the jurisdictions of the administrative order is more complex than difficult with regard to the jurisdictions of the judicial order given that the literature on administrative matters is poor and it is only necessary to know the rate of the penalty to determine the competent court in criminal matters and to know the amount claimed to determine the jurisdiction of the court in civil matters unlike administrative jurisdictions are complex to determine their competence.This manual clearly explains the law on administrative jurisdictions in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
