BOOK 4: A SUDDEN INCARNATION - While in a prolonged induced coma Ramon is certain that he has for five long years been living his life as a quadriplegic. When he is suddenly awakened from the coma Ramon learns that it has not been five years since his accident and that he is not paralyzed. The induced coma had been used to give his swollen brain broken skull and broken bones time to heal. With a great shock he finds that his dream friends and experiences no longer seem to be real. Soon Ramon must leave hospital so he returns to his family's New Mexico ranch to finish his physical recovery to build a new life and to create a new band all in the real world he thought he had left forever.
