<p> A cute ten year old young girl who lives near a beach starts out having a really bad summer day when friends leave on vacation to camp and to the mountains plus her dog runs away just when her Grandfather has just had a major heart operation. That same day she finds a white starfish in her pale at the beach that brings unexpected miracles and happiness into her life her mother's life and her kind Grandparents lives.  </p>
