Marsha Hendershot is given the job of super hero by two celestial beings and told to fight crime save Earth along with our pitiful species and pick up litter. Suddenly her life with Mooch her beloved dog and Buster her deranged goldfish is turned upside down. Marsha doesn't want the job butcuriosity and the need to succeed at something just once in her lifetime leads her to become Super Chick. How she deals with her role as a super hero runs her bakery falls in love with Bruce Canfield saves her parent's marriage and the life of her batty neighbor Mattie Mc Fee is the basis for this fast-paced and hilariously funny chick-lit romp through the world of the unimaginable. Marsha amazingly does it all while saving herself from freezing to death in a meat locker loosing dozens of biscotti to Super Chick's fire retardant foam and capturing Abdullah bin Chad Al-Hijazi an Afbadistan terrorist intent on destroying the United States.
