Suppressed Emotions

Suppressed Emotions is a small anthology of poems that speak on different issues that the writer has experienced. These situations that should have been addressed were locked away. Not knowing how to release the hurt that went on in his life the writer decided to bottle up all his feelings. By doing so it changed him in ways he never thought was possible. Never lashing out at people physically he learned how to use only his words whether it was good or bad he did it in a way that was very therapeutic. Speaking on the lost of love ones regret and sorrow the writer takes you on a ride showing how with so much going on one person can still strive on in this wild ride called life.
