<p>its about one disease in surgery.. helpful to all persons.</p> <p>This book is dedicated to my late grand father</p> <p>Author: Anupama</p> <p>48yr old female patient came to OPD with chief complaints of vomitings occasionally since 3months.</p> <p>Vomitings - are occasional and bilious in nature and Loss of appetite since 1 month.</p> <p>H/o abdominal pain since 15 days in infraumbilical region dull aching type intermittent no radiation of pain.</p> <p>H/O constipation present since 15 days passes stool once in 2-3 days. </p> <p>No H/O abdominal distension jaundice fever weight loss.</p> <p>Past history: </p> <p>No history of similar complaint in the past.</p> <p>No H/O DM HTN asthma TB epilepsy CAD.</p> <p>H/O of fever 2 months back for 1 week which is diagnosed as typhoid and treated in private hospital.</p> <p>H/O hysterectomy done for DUB(dysfunctional uterine bleeding) 4 yrs back at piduguralla private hospital.</p> <p>patient takes mixed diet.</p> <p>Bowel and bladder habits are regular. Drug history: </p> <p>No H/O intake of any drugs. </p>
