Aatif is a practicing advocate at the Honorable Supreme Court of India and has more than a decade of experience in dealing with matters pertaining to Service Laws Consumer Laws Family Law Women and Child Laws. Mr. Aatif is an avid critic of women and child laws in the country. His papers criticising the same have been published in notable national and international law journals. In 2018 his first book was published titled The Defective Sex Law of India. The book is a detailed criticism of the criminal laws governing sexual relations in India.
