Survey of Human rights in Theory and Practice

Human rights are understood as rights which belongs to every individual as a result of being human independently of act of law. Every human being is entitled to human rights without discrimination. Therefore this book is very important for all persons equally by virtue of their humanity irrespective of race colour nationality or membership of any particular group.It is not restricted to citizenship rights but applies to all human beings because of being human without any delay or precondition of any means.
