Surviving Ida

Raine's two-year diary chronicles the abuse of a young girl with an outwardly seeming charmed life. The terrifying reality is that she is abused physically and mentally by her mother. Raine's daily existence is a dramatic experience of extremes. She has a loving father her horses and her passion for barrel racing school reading a passion for singing and music. Raine tries to survive the actions of the one person who should protect and love her. But her mother may be the one person who may end her life.
