<p><span style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>Sussing Life and the Oracle</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>Sussing Life describes in three steps how I have tried to follow the Oracle of Delphi's instruction to Know Myself. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>Personalities</strong></p><p><span style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>Contemplating personality types helped me to understand myself and other people develop my interpersonal skills and understand my inner nature. The word personality comes from Latin persona meaning a mask. Human beings are all made of the same stuff but manifest with different masks strengths weaknesses and habitual tendencies. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>Skills</strong></p><p><span style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>Contemplating personality types helped me recognise my strengths to build on and weaknesses and habits I needed to manage. I saw clearly how to improve a wide range of interpersonal skills.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>Happiness</strong></p><p><span style=color: rgba(32 33 36 1)>When I looked carefully within I saw that behind my mask I am not my 'personality'. I saw clearly that my thoughts emotions habitual reactions and actions are what I do not what I am. What I am is awareness or consciousness and I was delighted to find this world view is supported by some leading scientists and non-scientific thinkers. Sussing Life has given me a happy understanding of myself other people and the world.
