The research entitled “Benefit Distribution Pattern of Community Managed Forest and its Sustainability (A case study from Parroha CF of Rupandehi district Nepal)” aimed to assess sustainability of the CF in Siwalik range (very fragile series of several ridges starting from lowland Terai). The area is characterized by very high incidence of poverty overuse of firewood and timber smuggling as an alternative source of income.primary data were collected through resource survey and using PRA tools like questionnaire survey small group meetings Focus group discussion & key informant interview. Secondary data were collected from DFO & CFUG Documents journals research papers and books. Locally identified Criteria and Indicators (C&I) using Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) Approach was applied for the assessment. Besides the research was technically focused on finding out the trend of users'' involvement in Forest development activities by Caste Sex & Income class. Similarly Benefit type‟s distribution among different users category was also analyzed. Quantitative data obtained were analyzed through statistical tools using statistical programs like Ms Excel and SPSS.
