SUSTAINABLE DESIGN OF GREEN HOSPITAL BUILDING

Today our building condition is allowing indoor environments to breed microorganisms such as mould fungus algae etc. which causes harm to human bodies. Man spends about 60 to 90% of his life in the building; about 60 to 65% of energy produce is utilized in the building environment. 10 to 12% of water resources are consumed in the building sector. Thermal comfort indoor environmental quality energy & water efficiency lighting and ventilation are the basic components of a green building. Environment friendly building materials are the prerequisite for green building.
