Sustainable development of international festival and event management

This book analyses the sustainable development of international festival and event management based on Sino-British cultural difference. Beijing Olympics and London Olympics are chosen in the research. The study conducts comparison between literature review and the practices in the case study; the work adopts semi structured interview method as the approach to collect primary data on the basis of secondary information. The findings were analyzed by content analysis method. Through the analysis Sino-British cultural differences were found. In addition experiences from Olympics sustainability achievement and strategy with literature reviews were identified. The conclusions and recommendations are made at the end this dissertation in the consideration of further improvement of future research in the same field.
