<p>This book focuses on the complexity of the European Union food systems and their progress in achieving Farm to Forks' and European Green Deal strategies' goals. Nowadays the sustainability of food systems' issue is a crucial driver for the mitigation and adaptation climate change actions and for the reduction of environmental degradation.
