Swan Song

Legend has it that swans remain silent their entire life. When a swan realizes that their life is about to end they break their lifetime of silence and sing a parting song to the world. In that song they share all of the love joy and pain that they experienced in their life. In that song they pass along all of the knowledge that they accumulated in an attempt to keep that knowledge from being lost. If you ever get the privilege of hearing a swan sing you will never forget that moment. Because there can be no sound that is more beautiful or more touching than the song of a swan.
