Sweet potatoes carrots and brassicas from planting to harvesting

The book covers the cultivation of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) carrot (Daucus carota L.) and brassica (broccoli rocket cauliflower brussels sprouts turnip radish cabbage leaf cabbage mustard and watercress) from planting to harvest. Being subdivided into three chapters being Chapter I: Cultivation of sweet potato Chapter II: Cultivation of carrot and Chapter III: Cultivation of Brassicas. A bibliographic survey was carried out based on books articles and technical communications on these crops in order to provide in-depth knowledge for professionals in the area of Agricultural Sciences about these vegetables.
