<p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(31 31 31 1)>The Catholic Council of Meaux-Paris was&nbsp;</span><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(4 12 40 1)>a church council that first met on June 17 845 in the town of Meaux and finished its work at the Frankish capital city of Paris on February 2 846</span><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(31 31 31 1)>. It had intended to meet in Paris from the first but a Viking siege forced it to convene at Meaux before relocating to Paris when the siege was lifted and the political threat was resolved.</span></p>
