Synthesis And Antioxidant Activity of Substituted Indole Derivatives

This book gives you a simple method of synthetic chemistry preparation and their characterization. The number of study of reveals that substituted 3-(Phenylhydrazono)-13-dihydroindol-2-one derivatives have been reported for various number of pharmacological activities and some compound have shown significant activities in present study. We have synthesized substituted 3-(Phenylhydrazono)-13-dihydroindol-2-one derivatives and also screen for their antioxidant activity. All synthesized products were characterized on the basis of melting point Rf value NMR IR and MASS spectral anlaysis.
