New derivatives of five member and fused heterocyclic compounds containing 124-triazole 134-thiadiazole and triazolo[34-b]thiadiazine rings are reported. These compounds have been characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. This study was designed to show the microbial activity difference for these types of five member and fused heterocyclic rings. These compounds were screened for antibacterial activity against E.coli S.aureus K.pneumoniia and E.faecalis and for antifungal activity against Candida albicans. The results show that these derivatives have good biological activities against these types of microorganisms in comparison with standard antibiotics and antifungal (ceftriaxone amoxicillin and fluconazole) as references.
