A better understanding of the clinical and biological features of sarcoidosis is essential to identify the diagnostic and therapeutic difficulties.With this in mind we have studied the clinical biological radiological and pathological features of systemic sarcoidosis with a view to improving its diagnostic and therapeutic management.
