Systems theory of borders and transborder processes

This monograph analyses issues of systems theory of borders and transborder processes in particular system-methodological facilitation their interdisciplinarу research. It explores the systemic quality of transborder phenomena as well as their functioning and development. It puts forward an algorithm for the use of system information about borders for the substantial improvement of modern transborder processes'' governance in particular on the new Eastern border of the European Union. This algorithm is developed with the benefit of the author''s personal experience in governmental structures and the diplomatic service. The monograph is intended for scientists teachers/lecturers and university students as well as civil servants and anyone who is interested in international relations.
