Systems Thinking for Wicked Problems

This book presents an overview of Systems Thinking telling its origins main authors principles and differences to mechanistic thinking. In addition some techniques and methodologies already developed are shown. A practical intervention is made based on Project Management and applied in a Wicked Problem faced by a company which will support the managers to define a scope in a complex scenario.
