<p>The primary objective of Islamic fiqh is to provide Muslims with guidance on how to practice their faith in an ethical and proper manner. Its foundations are found in the Hadith the Qur'anic teachings and the opinions of Islamic scholars. Islamic jurisprudence is a growing corpus of judicial decisions that deal with how Islamic law is really applied in everyday situations. A few research articles that were published in the Lucknow-based monthly religious magazine Al-Furqan are included in this book.</p><p><br></p>
