Tactical preparation with group creativity

The present work is constituted in a qualitative paradigm research with predominance of the research-action that started from the scientific problem: How to favor group creativity in the tactical preparation of the athletes of the Soccer team of the first category of Granma so the study had as purpose to elaborate a psychoeducational intervention program in function of favoring group creativity in the tactical preparation of this sports group.This work is addressed to sport psychologists postgraduate students soccer coaches and soccer players. With this book it is intended to raise awareness of the urgent need to use group creativity as an alternative to achieve sporting success.
