Taiho-Jutsu

Police and military have very specialized and specific needs to enable them in their daily responsibilities to protect and serve. Taiho-Jutsu fills this need. Sections of this book examine the foundations and formation of taiho-jutsu pioneers of taiho-jutsu basic concepts and principles of taiho-jutsu weapons used by law-enforcement and military and specialized self-defense techniques applicable to police and military armed and unarmed combat. Additionally there is a look at historical forerunners of modern day defense methods martial arts which may be supplementary and complementary to taiho-jutsu and combative measures and the relationship of taiho-jutsu to other martial arts. Each chapter presents a different aspect of the art and science of arresting techniques as it applies to law-enforcement and the armed forces.
