Take a Moment of Hygge

<p>In the busy and sometimes stressful world we live in we all need to pause and take a breath. My goal in writing <em>Take a Moment of Hygge</em> is to nurture the soul not redesign or find your inner self. (Hygge is a Danish concept that describes feelings of contentment providing simple peaceful moments of tranquility.) Through poems and Hygge illustrations within three sections I hope readers are inspired to <u>enjoy</u> Hygge around them <u>consider</u> the potential of Hygge around them and then help <u>create</u> Hygge of their own. May this Hygge book travel wherever you go and provide Hygge moments when other opportunities aren't immediately available. Many hygge returns!</p>
